Schöner Urlaub unter Italiern
Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus in Predore einen schönen Urlaub mitten unter den Bewohnern auf der eher wenig touristisch geprägten Seeseite verbracht. Die Sauberkeit und der Gesamtzustand waren größtenteils in Ordnung und entsprach unseren Ansprüchen. Preis-Leistung sind aus unserer Sicht in OK. Für 5 Leute ist nur sehr knapp Besteck vorhanden, so dass wir nach jeder Mahlzeit aufwaschen mussten. Die in einzelnen Bewertungen angesprochene Parkplatzproblematik stellte für uns kein Problem dar - das Auto stand auf dem ca. 300 m entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz unterhalb des Ferienhauses und wurde sehr wenig bewegt - auf den oberhalb am Wasserwerk liegenden öffentlichen Parkplatz haben wir uns wegen der steilen Straße nicht getraut. Da man mitten unter den Einheimischen wohnt, ist früh und abends mit Verkehr und dem damit verbundenen Geräuschpegel zu rechnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief mangels Italienisch-Kenntnissen problemlos in Englisch.

No go area
The house lacks maintenance and the cleaning is poor. Many items are broken, lights, furniture, toilet, sun screen and so on. There are visible body liquids in the blankets, rotten food in the fridge, left overs of shampoo and dried doods. Pictures in the advertisememt are old and shows the house in happier days. There is no parking facility on the grounds. It’s a really steep walk from your car to the house. Read also earlier reviews. These are accurate. We booked eleven days and left after four. It was a bloody shame.

Schöner Blick, aber Sauberkeit unterdurchschnittlich
Die Wohnung war mal schön renoviert worden, aber seit längerem nicht mehr ordentlich gereinigt worden. Dicke Kalkverkrustungen in den Badezimmern mit einem Sammelsurium angebrochener Shampoos etc in den Duschen, verkrümelter und dreckiger Kühlschrank und seit Monaten abgelaufene Lebensmittel in den Küchenschränken. Der überforderte Verwalter oder Inhaber fing am Anreisetag erst um 15h30 persönlich mit der Reinigung an, sodaß wir warten mußten bis er gg. 18h etwas hilflos seine Bemühungen einstellte. Zu allenm Überfluß wurde am vorletzten Tag noch das Wasser abgestellt und verplombt, da es wohl 'Vertragsprobleme' gab.

Einmal hat mehr als gereicht
Wir waren von diesem Objekt mehr als Enttäuscht und wären am liebsten gleich am selben Abend wieder weggefahren! Wir haben uns auf die bis jetzt immer guten Bewertung verlassen und können diese bis heute absolut nicht nachvollziehen! Wir sind ganz bestimmt auch keine Putzfanatiker. Aber dass was wir dort gesehen haben, respektive für war wir dort bezahlten mussten, haben wir noch nie erlebt und werden dies auch hoffentlich nie mehr tun! Das ganze Haus war schmuddelig und absolut nicht einladend (defekte Armaturen und Lampen, total verkalkte Badewanne mit Schimmel an den Silikonfugen, Spinnweben überall, Geschirr vorm Vorgängen(?) nicht weggeräumt, klebrig verschlissenes Tischtuch und und und - für was die 50 Euro Endreinigungspauschale bezahlt werden müssen ist uns ein Rätsel). Im ganzen Haus roch es „alt“ und modrig. Besonders der nicht laufende und verschlossene Kühlschrank (inkl. "Inhalt" im Eisfach!) hat Düfte von sich gegeben die nicht zum Kochen eingeladen haben. Generell waren Küche und Bad so Dreckig dass man sich dort gar nicht erst aufhalten wollte und mit 19 ° Innentemperatur war es einfach nur ziemlich kalt und nicht Ferien würdig. In der Objektbeschreibung wird einem einen Parkplatz versprochen den es gar nicht gibt. Lediglich ein kleiner, öffentlicher Parkplatz (zwei Stück welche nicht vermietet sind und benutz werden können, sofern man hinein passt) in der Nähe des Hauses gibt es. Sind diese Belegt muss man sich am See unten auf einen der anderen öffentlichen Parkplätzte ein Autoabstellplatz erkämpfen. Das Gepäck darf dann erst mal ein paar hundert Meter den Berg hoch oder runter schleppen. Ein ent- oder beladen direkt vor dem Haus ist nicht möglich da die Strasse so steil und eng ist das auf gar keinen Fall zwei Auto kreuzen könnten. Auf den versprochenen Internet-Anschluss haben wir ebenfalls vergeblich gewartet. Der Vermieter hat den Retour und somit auch die Zugangsdaten nicht dabei gehabt. Wollte diesen aber am nächsten Tag – sofern er Zeit hätte – vorbeibringen. Er würde sich melden. Wir haben vergeblich auf ein Lebenszeichen vom Vermieter gewartete. Da er ebenfalls die Buchungsunterlagen nicht dabei hatte war er noch nicht mal sicher, ob und wieviel wir überhaupt bezahlt hatten... Nach zwei Nächten haben wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen. Die zwei Sterne stehen ausschliessliche für die schöne Aussicht auf den See.

Traumhafter Blick und großes Ferienhaus
Von den beiden Balkonen des Ferienhauses hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet und über drei Etagen hat man sehr viel Platz. Auf der Terasse kann man draußen essen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Super Aussicht über den Lago d'Iseo
Wir (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder + 1 Hund) waren begeistert. Super Wohnung, super Aussicht, es lohnt sich ein Boot zu mieten (geht auch ohne Lizenz). Lasen Sie sich von den letzten 1000m ihre Reise überraschen:).

Stay at Iseo Lake
We stayed a week in Predore on Iseo Lake. Gianmaria's house in Predore is a very pleasant and tasteful home with all necessary outfit and a really beautiful view on the lake. Situation is in the middle of the village which I very much appreciated and it is easy to visit many interesting places in the neighbourhood, including Bergamo and Brescia. There is a small market on Wednesday with delicious local products. We would not hesitate to go back there and do recommand this place.

Jolie maison au bord du Lac d'Iseo
La maison est charmante située dans un joli petit village au bord du Lac d'Iseo. La vue sur le lac est imprenable, vraiment superbe. L'accès est difficile, les rues sont très étroites. Il faut se garer dans un parking plus bas et monter à pied. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle.

A beautiful house with an outstanding view
The picturesque house on a rather steep hill has every modern facility one can ask for. It is a lovely combination of traditional and modern, suitable for friends and families, except maybe for the toddlers because of the stairs. The location is great and the possibilities for interesting day trips are almost endless. The owner of the house is very helpful and able to provide lots of information about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this house for an unique holiday by the lake Iseo.

Haus am See
Ferienhaus in traumhafter Hanglage mit Ausblick über den gesamten Iseo-See; sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vom Vermieter wird man sehr nett in Empfang genommen und man erhält nützliche Informationen für den Urlaub. Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in relativ belebtem Ort und ganz schnell am See, der mit klarem Wasser punktet. Die Vegetation ist bezaubernd, es gibt um und auf dem See zahlreiche Freizeitangebote.

grande maison dans laquel...
grande maison dans laquelle nous avons pu accueillir famille et amis, été caniculaire, dommage que la clim ne fonctionne que dans une seule chambre. jolie cuisine, il manque de la vaisselle, pas de verre à vin, pas de plat pour le four, ce sont des détails, car le coin est super joli, des restos pas chers et bien bons, piscine privée près du lac à recommander. propriétaire sympa et accueillant. attention pour la voiture, car Predore, c'est très pentu, donc un peu sportif ! maison non loin de Milan, Bergame, Venise, idéale pour se balader dans le secteur. on a laissé un ventilateur et un barbecue pour les futurs locataires, nous ça nous aurait manqué! on a pu dîner dehors chaque jour, dommage pas de chaise longue pour s'installer sur la pelouse... on chipote ! la vue sur le lac est extraordinaire, c'est génial quand le matin vous ouvrez vos fenêtres...logement propre, plutôt moderne dans son aménagement, maison individuelle, on entendait le chien des voisins, mais ce n'était pas gênant, par contre,les cloches de l'église sonnent chaque matin,début des réjouissances à 7h30, puis 7h45 et enfin 8h ! ça fait partie du folklore. commerces ouverts tous les jours, par contre la poste fonctionne 3 jours/semaine. la télé ne propose que des chaînes italiennes. bon on n'est pas en vacances pour ça mais parfois les infos ça manque...mettre le wifi serait un +++++ !

"Casita muy acogedora, con unas vistas impresionantes del Lago Iseo. Ideal para moverse con el coche y estar relativamente cerca tanto de Milán y los lagos, como de Verona y Venecia (a unos 200Km).La casa está completamente equipada, hasta con una impresionante bañera de hidromasaje en el baño superior, desde la cual se puede ver el atardecer. Absolutamente maravilloso el trato amable y cordial del dueño, siempre pendiente de si estábamos bien y de si podía ayudarnos en algo ( Gracias, Gianmaría). Unas vacaciones inolvidables. Un 10. Totalmente recomendable."

"Casa praticamente perfetta, corrispondente a quanto riportato nell''annuncio. Ottima pulizia e proprietario molto disponibile e prodigo di consigli. Unica "pecca" è la dotazione in cucina un po'' scarna (mancava lo scolapasta e lavastoviglie in blocco), ma probabilmente è solo un problema da "italiani"! ;-) Assolutamente da consigliare!"
