"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. Atendimento é bom, mas a mulher, nem sempre está na recepção e tem de ligar pra ela, se não tiver um numero de telefone funcionando na Romênia, poderá demorar um pouco as vezes, mas no geral foi muito produtiva minha estadia lá."
