"I’m quite picky when I choose places. This was a good pick. There is plenty of space, the outdoor area is perfect, the location was superb. The bathroom is small, but so was every bathroom that we stayed in while in Italy, even high end hotels. Manuela, so kindly met us late at night to show us our accommodation and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I hope to go back. "

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. "The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!"

"The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."

"We were fortunate to stay for a month at this wonderful property. We have rented over 25 VRBO homes and this was by far our favorite! The owners have thought of everything…every amenity including condiments,a full set of cooking pans,cleaning supplies,a wash machine,and even morning breakfast treats. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. The owners provided restaurant suggestions as well as local sightseeing spots. And the terraces…both in front and rear of the house provided beautiful views...
