"The location is lovely. The hotel is clean and very quite and next to the ski slopes. However, for a brand new 4-star hotel, we were quite disappointed with the service. The breakfeast is more corresponding to a 2-star hotel. The choice of food is limited when taking into account that they are no way to leave the hotel for a dinner elsewhere especially in the winter time. "Very nice hotel, but somewhat spoiled by a cranky young man who waited tables in the restaurant with an air of irritation and a habit of ignoring the tables he was waiting on. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Pity about the young man waiting tables, however."
