"We had a fantastic stay in this lovely, rustic property. Great for families with the pool and spacious grounds. Praysaac is also a very pretty, vibrant little town. There is also so much to do in the surrounding area. Cahors is only a 30 minute drive and there are plenty of villages, towns and chateau nearby. Everything you could wish for. We were sad to leave."

"We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. The location was perfect, isolated and quiet, yet only 6km from a delightful village Monpazier. I hope we have the pleasure of returning again. Thank you Sonja & Mark"

"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "We were given a lovely welcome by Maria and Santiago, and a nice basket of local food and drink. The grounds of the house are beautiful and spacious with plenty of activities and lots of equipment. "Sandra was a brilliant host, very communicative and helpful both before and during the stay, including buying a brand new travel cot as we were staying with a baby. The property was immaculate throughout with everything you might need. Well located for Cenac, beautiful views over the Dordogne valley, excellent indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a lovely pool and hot tub. We would stay again."

"This was a pleasant surprise and I don’t think the pictures or description did it justice. We stayed with my Parents-in-law and the Annex worked perfectly to give them space. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. Daglan is a lovely village to be close too as well."

"The house is large with 4 big rooms and wonderful open plan kitchen diner. The view is spectacular and very relaxing. We were close to shops and sightseeing places like Sarlat, Rocamadour etc. As it was hot, it was lovely to have the pool to cool off. All in all a fantastic place. "

"Visiting the area my fiancé spent her childhood summers and the house is a 4min drive from the town center with beautiful views across the valley and wooded areas. Nice and peaceful but still local to the town and amenities. Pool and outdoor areas are perfect for lazy days and evenings and the house (old school) is quirky, rustic and lovely with all that you could need. Host was excellent with information required and directions to find the house. Thank you for letting us stay"

"Sadly the pool was is need of substantial repair. The cracked slabs and crumbling cement around the pool was dangerous for bare feet and attracted wasps to nest. Not ideal for young children and babies. There was a constant bad smell in the kitchen due to drainage problems in the area of the sink. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful in amongst the forest but we got bitten alive with all the woodland mosquitoes."
