"Unfortunately, there is no way to rate negatively. Rooms, beds, sofas, windows, and corridors everywhere were filled with garbage only. Anyone can vomit while entering the toilets. Being a seasoned professional in the travel industry for the last 27 years, I have never had such a bad experience in life. Unluckily this had to be while touring with my own family. I am losing trust in hotels.com. In the future, I will think 100 times before booking through this site.
