"We had a canal view and watched the gondoliers being prepared in the morning. Breakfast and service was great. The elevator was fine but could be slow if people checking in/out. Very convenient to St Marks square and Doge Palace. Some construction noise that started up at 6.00 a.m but nothing to do with this charming hotel."

"I had a very good experience in this Hotel. Very friendly service, good breakfast with an excellent organization on shifts to avoid over crowding. Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Only issue was the bar nearby in the area were young people get drunk very late at night and get noisy on the streets. First night I forgot to close the window external covers and it was very noisy. "So glad we found this gem! I reserved a room with a view of the canal, and it was totally worth it. I liked how central the property was. Overlooking the canal meant that it was a bit loud in the evening as there is a patio restaurant/bar just below, but it was very manageable. Staff was pleasant and helped us navigate the area and gave suggestions. I appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24 hours, and there was secure entry with a room key from outside. "The reception staff communicated well with us the entire time before our arrival. There is a main building and then another where we stayed, and someone showed us to our room. The room was clean and spacious with a really nice bathroom. We would stay here again! "
