"Spent a week in this lovely house, which was well equipped and clean. Easy parking outside (free). Lovely views overlooking the ramparts, fields & lakes. The city was full of history, from their famous Langres cheese, Diderot & history of cutlery manufacture. The owner Pascal & his wife were extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. "The hotel was lovely, in a great location. The food in the restaurant was absolutely spectacular; one of the best meals I've had in years. Some of the decor in the hotel is a bit dated, there didn't appear to be spare pillows, and we had a separate loo with no sink, so you had to go around to the main bathroom to wash your hands. Apart from these two issues, would have given five stars."

"Overnight stop. Room clean and warm. Plenty of hot water. Bathroom quite cramped, but I managed! Evening meal excellent and inexpensive. Breakfast varied and generous. Staff friendly. Would stay here again!"
