Very comfortable 2-family house "Villa Lucia", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Prato, 1 km from the centre of Coiano, 20 km from the centre of Florenz, residential area (villas). For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 23.Oct.). In the house: washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, railway station "Prato" 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Villa Lucia", 4-room semi-detached house 140 m2, on the ground floor. Antique and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. Wonderful stay
We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. I would highly recommend villa Lucia a very genuine comfortable clean property An absolute pleasure to stay in.
