"Minimalist but beautiful interior design. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was more like an a la carte and of very high quality. This meant the waste that often seen in buffet model was to absolute minimum. Juan was really attentive in the morning as was the manager during their delicious dinner. Things I did not like (although not changing my 5 stars rating): - hand cream or body lotion was a rarity there! - no jacuzzi or hot tub - no upgrade...

"This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food. "We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. "Basic room but had character and was clear and well kept. Main bit of hotel was basic and had a bit of a youth hostel feel. Pillows were awful (lumpy ) but bedding otherwise very comfy. Breakfast good with a fair selection, Lovely bread. No decaf coffee anywhere. "

"The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. Definitely loved the vibe of this town, very quiet and safe. Would love to go back to enjoy the park and other spa facilities as we only spent a night there.
