"Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. "

"The property was in okay conditon but not 100% clean. There were beetles, earwigs, and the doors, windows, and bathroom could definitely use a coat of waterproof sealant to prevent water damage. It's cute as far as furniture and decorative touches. The main bedroom walk in closet is huge, but the bedrooom door sticks and will not close or latch. I would say it is a good value as to the nightly rate, but would be happier if it were a bit cleaner and without bugs. I would stay here again but...

"My husband and I stayed at Gwen's Nest for two nights on a weekend. Todd was highly communicative and very accommodating to our needs, including a late night arrival. We felt very well-cared for.The location was unique. Situated on what seemed a country inlet road, the cottage is tucked into the hill. You really do feel like you're in a nest, particularly with the birdsong during the day! Wished we'd been able to come a few weeks later, as the trees were beginning to fill out and bushes were...

"This place is a very cozy away from town, especially how much traffic there is by the college. We really enjoyed this rental. It was very comfortable. "

"The home had everything we needed, including an easy short drive to the Walton Arts Center. Our only complaint was low water pressure in the bathrooms, which made showering a challenge. As two couples, we had to flip a coin to see who got the master bd with king bed and private bath vs who had to sleep in a queen with the bathroom accross the hall. We would stay there again."
