"Our family of 5 adults and 4 children stayed at the Woodland house from December 21 to 25. Our daughter's family of 5 that lives in the area joined us during the day. The house has plenty of room up and down. The basement area was especially nice for the kids and adults to play with plenty of space for cards, playing pool or ping pong. Full size laundry was very helpful. We contacted the host a couple times for needed items (wine glasses and tv remotes). They responded in a timely manner. ...

"This was our 2nd stay at Rock House. Great location close to Central College. My twins love the upstairs bunk room though the steps are very steep- be careful in stocking feet. This tiny house was cozy on a cold and windy night. A possible suggestion would be to add a mirror in the sunroom. It is a good space to get ready for the evening/day since the bathroom is so tiny. I'm sure we will be back again. Love the Rock House"

"This property was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at.so far.We came to town for the holidays and found the house comfortable, with plenty of room to relax between gatherings. Every bedroom has a TV, plenty of pillows, room for your things, and a comfortable bed. The only drawback to the house was the stairs. There are stairs everywhere. We will definitely book this house again. As long as no one is on crutches. "

"We rented the property for family during the holidays. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The layout worked well for the group. All rooms on one level made it easy to navigate. Location was excellent for entertainment, grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity. Walking distance to a park. Would definitely schedule this property again for the next family visit. "

"Three families came together to enjoy a couple days of togetherness here, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. So cozy and comfortable! Hot tub, huge dining room table, game zone, well stocked kitcgen and comfy beds were favorites. Definitely recommend!!"
