"Idyllic setting in a tiny village surrounded by farmland. Plenty of walks with very little traffic to worry about. Small town nearby with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. Historic town of Cognac under an hour away with plenty of shops and bars. The property itself is superb. Very well kitted out with everything that you could possibly need. "We had a wonderful week at this beautiful gite. Brigitte and Lionel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The gite itself and grounds are beautifully maintained - we felt super relaxed when we left having spent the week swimming, lying in hammocks and exploring the nature in the garden. "A beautiful villa in a spectacular location. Fabulous stay for families of all ages, a short drive from the lovely town of Niort and coastal paradise of La Rochelle. The facilities were more than pleasing, including the pool (no need to bring floats), a generous games room and expansive garden.
