"Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. Lovely pools and beach area. Gym needs a major improvement , the equipment is extremely old and a bit gross, I’m sorry to say!"

"The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling...

"The staff was very helpful, location was perfect for our purposes. The breakfast was so good it justified the cost of the stay. The only issue was that cats were allowed to freely wonder about the eating area and disturb the guests. "

"Location is good in the posh resort of Praia do Forte, close to Salvador de Bahia. Staff was generally friendly and breakfast was above average (Brazilian are demanding about their breakfast...). However the overall condition of the hotel facilities would, at most, qualify it for 3 stars. The price was, however, similar to the Sheraton Bahia Hotel where I stayed right after leaving Praia do Forte, hugely overpriced."

"The reception was good not great. The amenities such as the pool and room size was much smaller than advertised. The price per day for this hotel was pre-covid and the popularity of the area in salvador Brazil.. I guess in time they will Improve"

"A pousada é simples mas cumpre o seu papel. Cafe da manha foi Ok. Unico ponto que recomendo a pousada é uma modernização dos quartos com um conforto maior, os colchoes são desconfortaveis, principalmente pelo preço da diaria. De resto, tudo ok. Atendimento cordial e localização perto da Vila."

"The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling all sorts’ just not safe at night, really trapped in and lots of really nasty mosquitoes. Ideal for just a couple of nights if you can make it. "
