Situated in the heart of Praia da Vitória city, this space offers a great location on the city's main square, as well as a panoramic view of Praia da Vitória Bay. It is possible to dazzle the magnificent Praia Grande, the largest sandy beach of Terceira Island.
The studio is equipped with various high quality equipment to provide you with maximum comfort. Everything was chosen with the intention of creating a balance between harmony and comfort.
This apartment is located in the Black House building, built in 2018, in the historic center of Praia da Vitória. Excellent construction with luxury finishes and high quality furniture. Comfort, Harmony and Durability were the main features taken into account in the construction and creation of this space.

The place was as described, clean and well equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. The location was great with a nice view on the bay and amenities nearby. Parking on the street required a little walking to avoid parking fees. I would return again.
