With this hotel it was all about location. No more than 100 yards from the astronomical clock. Rooms are on the older side but clean none the less. Breakfast and service was great.

The hotel is right at the center of town and very convenient to walk everywhere. The staff are very friendly and professional. Excellent location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front desk were very helpful in accommodating our needs. We loved the location and although we were right at the center of the main square, when we closed the windows, there were no outside noise!

When we arrived the folding stairs to the attic was perpetually open right in front of our door! We squeezed between the ladder and wall as we went in and out of our room. This was state even when we checked out. We were told A/C was not working and ours was the only room with A/C on. Which means we were the only guests! Our windows looked out at other room windows so we kept it closed all the time. I later realized there were other rooms with peek of views. Breakfast- I would highly recommend they cover everything up and not let the flies and bees feast on all the food that is being served tot he guests. Quality was fair. Except for some foods I doubt the rest was fresh. We did see few more guests towards the end of our stay. Location is the best! Bang in the middle of old town square. Beautiful! Walkable both directions to historic sites and to new town for shopping. Fantastic! Location perfect. Building has potential and style if they upkeep. And lobby is not at all inviting. Some hygiene with breakfast. With all this this property can be golden.

The location was so convenient to everything and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. There are several places to eat directly outside hotel, along with a small market for any last minute snacks or necessities. If we were to return to Prague, this will be our go-to hotel

Worst Service, Worst Hotel of My Life!
Absolutely horrific. In all my years of travel and as a Platinum member of Hotels.com, I have never in my life seen such an awful hotel with such abysmal service. Akram (the night receptionist) was rude, unhelpful, belittling, and verbally degrading. The property was dark and locked. The reception area was full of half eaten food with crumbs all over the place. There is zero assistance with baggage. The caliber of this place is more like a two star hotel. The room is stuffy and claustrophobic. No proper ventilation with air conditioning. The room is not completely clean. I could go on. Stay away. I wish I was warned.

The service is great with complimentary food and drinks in the lobby for hotel guest. Vojta from reception is very knowledgeable and helpful to recommend and book tourist programs. The location is superb.
