Our tastefully renovated stylish boho apartment is located in the popular Letná district. Ideal for couples, working professionals as well as families.

During the renovation of our apartment, we emphasized functionality not only in the kitchen but also in every corner of the living space. In the living area, we've created a cozy ambiance by separating the bed with elegant curtains, offering both comfort and privacy. Additionally, you'll find a generously sized wardrobe equipped with ample hangers for all your clothing needs."

The total usable area is 40m2. The spacious living area and kitchen are separate. Suitable for 2 adults & 1 child (<12 years). The bed is Queen Size (160 cm in width). For child guests, we can prepare additional bed sheets, pillows, and blankets for the sofa.

Really great Apartment with super Landlords. Almost 5 Stars
The Apartment was very clean with only some small crumbs in the cabinets in the kitchen. We were welcomed very nicely by the owner who showed us around and the important materials that were already in the Apartment. He also answered our requests via Text very quickly and was able to help with our questions. He also offered advice about the neighbourhood and General topics. Your within 5 min Walking distance from the Tram and a Supermarket. There are minimarkets even nearer and some small Restaurants in the close neighbourhood. The neighbourhood seemed calm and quiet and not overrun. Also the other tennants we met were very nice. In generall we absolutely recommend this Apartment!
