This is a small hotel with basic amenities. There was no coffee or kettle in the rooms, but we did find out just before the end of our stay that there was a kettle and instant coffee/tea in the common room. Communicating that when we asked would have been helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a little disturbed to find small ants exploring near the walls.

Pre river cruise stay
Only a couple of issues. Had to be moved as heating and hot water not working on second floor. Ground floor room better but temperature difficult to control. Mattress very firm but not too uncomfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice was very helpful. Very convenient for public transport.

The worst experience in Praga
Terrible, first, had a room in the attic, bed facing so close to the ceiling, mattress almost on the floor. Transfered to another room with a very poor and uncomfortable mattress with bugs, awful pillows, falling apart, old sheets, same the towels with stains. Privacy zero, one day, coming back and ready for take a nap, i found painters in my rooms, without previous notice. Breakfast with expired yogurts and old bread and pastries. Not manager or supervisor around for complaint, nobody answered the phone either. Avoid this "hotel", half star is a very generous evaluation.

Really nice breakfast buffet; it was a very nice start to the day. Some people have commented about the tram noise; but really it is NOT that bad. And the beds are so comfortable, it would be hard to not get a good night’s sleep here.

The 24hr reception made me feel safe and lift was convenient to get to the rooms. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. I requested a towel change by putting my towel on the floor as instructed as there was some orange staining on the border of the towel, when I returned, I had a towel on the rack which I assumed was new but was the exact same with the orange staining I had originally wanted the replacement for. This was disappointing. Everything else was clean and well kept and it was a comfortable stay.

Definitely not 4 star but ok for a short stay
The room was extremely basic - not even a picture on the bland walls. The bathroom was very clean and it was good to have a safe and a fan (no air con). Also good to be able to open the window and balcony door during the night. Tea and coffee available in the lobby, wifi ok, breakfast was monotonously the same every day and just ok, nothing special. Far too much bread and pastries, little protein. The lady on reception during the day was helpful and friendly. One more thing; the shower wouldn’t stay in the right position in the holder and the provided toiletries were poor.

Good location. It’s near to National museum and tram station. You can get to Praha castle dorectly from the tram station. You can buy One day transportation ticket at reception. There are some supermarkets. The Mini bar in the room wasn’t so expensive. You can manage the room temperature by your self. The price was included breakfast and it was enough quality. You can choose some kind of yoghurt, bread, self made sandwiches( They provides ham, cheese, salami and salad), cereal and some kind of drink. We didn’t hear any noise while staying.

Trevi Hotel in Prague
Hotel was attiquate. We found this at the last minute for 56 euros per night when we decided to stay longer. Breakfast was good not great as it did not have any hot foods. We were put on the top floor which is like having half a room because of the sloop of the room and only a mattress on the floor was counted as one of the beds. Staff was friendly and quick to act when we had a problem. Very close to a subway and an above ground train station. Street at night was very dark. Would stay again if I needed an inexpessive nights stay.

I stayed 2 nights Oct 30 & 31, 2017. It was a great place. They charged me $1230/Kr night or 48 Euro. Nice big room, bathroom with bidet, standup shower. bed was somewhat in stiff side but it worked Small lift, but it was great since I was on 6th floor. Breakfast is in basement(-1). I was just breads & meat slices, typically European type.if you want American style then you need to look elsewhere. You gove key to reception each time you leave. it is 100yd walk to Namesti Miru Tram stop & the metro. there is a 24 hr little market across street. I enjoyed my stay.
