Very nice, make sure you reserve a secure parking spot in a garage a block away. Private parking is 15€ a day and well worth it. Apartment walking distance to Prague castle and old town.

Central & Spacious but Tricky to locate! The hotel is literally across the street from the 'Dancing House'. This is a reference point because they don't have a visible RECEPTION entrance like traditional hotels. The name of the hotel is in gold writing above the wrought iron gate (about 15 feet up thus missed it). You must then use the intercom and be 'buzzed' in during the limited 'office hours'. Once buzzed in the reception area is at the end of the corridor and inside a back room. A little 'unexpected' & cumbersome to navigate if you are accustomed to a standard reception area. We arrived on a Friday during the reception hours and Paulina Y. was very inconvenienced by our arrival. Very rude & curt to us because our arrival had apparently inconvenienced her. We arrived at 11am & check in was at 2pm so we filled out the paperwork & were told to leave our baggage. We were given the key code and pretty much ushered out. We came back after 2pm and same protocol. Our room key was on the desk and she then stated that no amenities were available to us & anything requesting would be charged. We took our keys and went up to the room. POSITIVES - spacious, great A/C, couldn't hear neighbors, approx 20 min walking distance from historical sites, eateries near by, weekend staff Paulina S. redeemed our impression of this place!!! Wow..day&night!. We were given soap, water, towels & toilet paper. She gave us a map & also a complied 'list' of what's near by tip sheet.

These people are crooks. I made a reservation and within one minute saw that i entered the wrong date (in the same week). I called expedia and they told me that they had no cancellation policy. I was just trying to correct a typo within minutes of doing it. I LOST $372 because they would not fix the reservation date. Expedia and Palace Suites - SHAME ON YOU!

The property was centrally located about 2 minutes walk from the river, 15 mins from Wenceslas Square, and 20 mins from Charles Bridge. It consisted of a kitchen, lobby, bathroom, twin room, large living/dining room. The one bedroom + double-sofa in the living room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens, and immaculately clean. Excellent AC and WIFI too. The well-equipped kitchen included a microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge and reasonable size freezer. Just remember to ask the office for dishwasher soap and washing machine pods if they are not already supplied in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Prague.

The staff were very friendly and informative nothing was too much, they really wanted you to enjoy your stay. The apartment was spotless and they had renovated it to a high standard. The aircon was amazing and we really needed on our visit in June. The apartment had every thing you have in a home.

A nice apart-hotel spacious and comfortable
This spacious hotel apartment is well located for all the attractions in the city. There is 2 small grocery stores two blocks away and there is a big one at maybe 10 minutes walk. Cleanliness service should be improved a little, cause we had to clean the floor by ourselves upon the arrival with mop and dish soap. We have asked the front desk for lubricating the door hinge for stopping the squeak sound and they did it immediately.

We stayed in a large apartment with a small bathroom which is often the way. It was very clean and comfortable with enough facilities for our stay including a washing machine. Apartment was on the 3rd level but there is a lift. A little away from the Old Town but an easy walk and cafes, shops and tram stops are all close. Limited reception hours mean you just have to be organised if you need assistance. Very happy with our choice.

We loved the palace. Our room had a washing machine/dryer combo which was amazing! It was very clean, bright and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was very well connected to the center and there was a bus station only a few stops away on the tram for day trips. We also enjoyed all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

The staff at the Palace were wonderful; they helped with advice about the city, explained the best locations for catching public transport, where to buy food for the apartment, etc. Absolutely lovely individuals who clearly enjoy their jobs and city! The accommodations were also suitably appointed, with modern ammenities (dishwasher, full sized fridge, washer/dryer). The ceilings are high and the room is very modern in comparison to the building's exterior, which is clearly a heritage/historic facade. The only qualm was the lack of pressure from the shower-head, but that was a minor quibble as the shower had a handheld wand as well. Great property for a longer stay - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but close enough to easily visit on foot or through the Karlovo Namesti metro station.

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Hot water for shower did not work properly and was lukewarm during the entire stay (cool considering how cold it was outside). The hot water for the tub and sink were very hot. Suspect problem was the mixing valve for the shower head.

We would have rated this hotel a 10* if it wasn't ruined by the receptionist at check-out. We rated 1* because the great hotel hired an unprofessional receptionist. Room is spacious. Location is convenient. A bit noisy. Service: Check-in receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Check-out receptionist was horrible. This hotel is considered as 5* standard and we paid a decent price for 3 nights so we expect to receive the 5* service from hotel staff. Do NOT treat us as we are staying at a cheap motel/hostel. At checkout, the receptionist came to check literally every corner: test TV/AC remote if still working, check the batteries in the TV/AC remote still there, test if the curtain still workable at each window, check the table lamp if the bulb still there, etc. - would you ever expect such checkout procedure from a 5* hotel standard? At worst, he picked up the bathroom mat and said it's dirty with unremovable stain and charged us cleaning fee. We did nothing to the mat except had been using it for 3 days (with no housekeeping) and it got dirt spots on them, not even a stain or shoe mark on it. He argued with bad attitude to us. He called up the hotel owner who decided to waive the fee for us as we did not agree the dirt is 'unremovable'. To hotel management: We love your hotel but your receptionist chose to charge 5 EUR cleaning fee over a 10* rating to your hotel. If we could afford 3 nights at your hotel, do you think we are not paying 5EUR if it is indeed our fault?
