The employee who greeted me at the parking lot was very friendly, however the other one who gave me the car was quite rude, he didn't even say hello to me, he left the car door open for me to get in and he didn't even say hello to me,

Near to old town and bus stop in front of the hotel. Room is outdated, sofa is dirty, no bin for rubbish. Bathroom is small, wash basin was miniture. Shower screen door needs replacement, Water splash out after shower, soaked up the entire floor.

Firstly, we loved the location which was the perfect place upon which to discover beautiful Prague. Secondly, our room was perfectly clean and contained everything we required with the added benefit of a balcony which we used a lot during our stay.
