Quite place with unique design in 750 years old town with private brewery in the town. Perfect for couple with dog - close is forest and small lake. Is just 16 km to downtown of Prague and 15 min by car to Vaclav Havel Airport. Supermarket Billa, Pharmacy forest or pond is just 5 min walk.

Studio with TERRACE with new recuperation for fresh air, fully equipped kitchenette and with large double bed 180 x 200 cm, folding double sofa bed, dining table and wardrobe. The bathroom have a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The kitchenette have microwave, induction cooker, oven and all kitchen utensils. The space is under the ground with floor heating so in the summer and also in the winter is very comfortable temperature. The entrance is from very quite street. In the middle of the room is light tube (day light) to the garden upstairs. Outside is terrace with 2 chairs and table. Total size is 50 m2 without terrace.
