Hotel staff, as per my request, organised balloons in the bedroom for my partners birthday. Staff were attentive, rooms we very clean. The only issue was road works taking place outside the hotel which ruined the view

This property is a few steps from Keleti metro station.Staffs are friendly,we stayed in 5th floor,room is big enough for us. very accessible to all tourist attraction,We ask the front desk every time we out.and they are very patient to us..clean room and modern.We’ll recommend this hotel.

Prague was amazing and loved the city. The hotel was a bit disappointing, supposedly 5 star. Uncomfortable bed, tv intermittent, Smokey smell, rough towels but breakfast was nice, staff were really friendly, great location.

As far as the location this hotel is good. You can walk to the points you like to visit, however it has tiny room. I paid for 3 people and barely had enough room to sleep for 2. The lobby had a bad smell and I couldn’t bare it!!
