It was clean but very dated. The computers in the business centre were dated and barely worked. The roomes are tired and need urgent refurbishment.

Great Family Trip to Prague
InterContinental Prague was great. I visited Prague with my two young sons, and we had a great time. They had the kids’ beds in the room made up with kids’ sheets, and activities for them to do, which was a nice touch. It is very close to old town, and very close access to public transit. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful while we were there. We also used the pool a couple times, and while walking to the pool I was very impressed with their gym area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Paid for upgrade suite in Prague 1 location. Chose Intercontinental for location and spa. 1. Spa was waste of money. Poor choice. Small area. Jacuzzi very tiny for huge hotel. 10 chairs at pool! Pool water very cold. Roomtemperature very cold. Freezing whole waiting. No steam room. Sauna far from pool, showers, and jacuzzi. Horrible experience. Note: fitness room large and plentiful 2. Room. Upgraded suite. Claims castle view, but just northerly river view. Old carpet. Old furniture. Felt like 70s Moscow walking through dark halls and room. Shower broken. No tissue paper. No ironing board Note. Bed very comfortable. Pillows great. 3. Buffet breakfast. Generally good. Nice variety.short order cook.fruit not fresh. Juice not fresh/organic.good choice of bread and salad. Table coffee service 4. Pay for location. Although in great location, trams not helpful, Either walk or taxi. Not worth cost of location. Conclusion: do not pick hotel for spa. Newer hotelslike radisson blu much more modern and comfortable. Ot worth view upgrade or room size upgrade radisson blu better choice in prague. More for less

Property is OK. Couldn’t find payment that was made to Expedia upon check in, so I had to make a second payment, an unwillingness of the reception to try and figure out the issue with management.

Stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed my stay so I decided to come back for my 2nd stay in Prague. The staff I encountered were all excellent...very helpful and professional. The room I received had not been updated as the photos on the Hotels.com site would lead one to believe. That would have been alright, but the bed was horrible. It seriously sounded like it was going to fall apart underneath of me every time I got into it. Being under 140 lbs, I did not feel that it was my issue. It was simply an old bed that should have been removed some time ago. I probably should have asked for a different room, but once I get in a room, the last thing I want to have to do is pack up and take a gamble on another room. Amenities were excellent, location is perfect and the river view can't be beat. I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague, but if I ever came back I would request an updated room at the time of booking.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, large, well-appointed and comfortable rooms, great on-site facilities. Loved staying here! I didn't have time to try the fancy gym (attached next door) but it looked great too.

Good Location in Prague for Tourists
The location of the hotel is great - a short walk to major tourist areas like Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, and the Charles Bridge. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was worth the additional cost and included a custom omelette bar. Our only complaint was that the rooms were much more dated looking and smaller than they appeared to be online but with that said everything was clean.

Loved the hotel and the location and ambiance! The only thing I didn’t like was the two single individual duvet covers in the queen bed instead of one queen duvet for the whole bed.

The hotel as always was well staffed and serviced. Very clean. We ordered two room and requested them near each other due to us having small children. They were unable to accommodate but for one day provided a breakfast. Didn’t solve our issue but was a nice gesture. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but we found the water a bit cold (however we come from a very warm climate and aren’t used to colder water so I didn’t find this a negative). The gym was actually amazing. Huge and incredibly well equipped. Overall an excellent stay
