Great Stay, Highly recommend
The Stay was great, I was welcomed by the Reception, and when we spoke about the Breakfast, I had said the I couldn't eat certain things, and they accommodated me to the fullest. The room was clean and well maintained, also the same for the bathroom. One of the best stays I have had in Prague, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Quiet and good transport
We were in the last floor, very spacious room and quiet. The hotel is close to the tram n.3 which bring you directly to city center, very handy. Excellent wifi.

Very nice place in quiet neighborhood. Has elevator, I was on 3rd floor, with a balcony, that was nice. Breakfast is offered, but I did not use it. Short walk to tram to get to the rest of Prague.

Excellent Value Hotel
The hotel is excellent value. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever asked. Yes as other reviews have said the shower was small (but very adequate for my 2XXL frame), the shower head to low so had to hold it in one hand to get a proper shower, and there is no air conditioning. However for the price, the ambience and the friendliness of the staff I would very highly recommend this hotel. Also worth noting it is only a 10 minute tram ride from the very centre of Prague, with some excellent (and very cheap) restaurants in the vicinity.

Wonderful Stay
This is a nice modern hotel away from the touristy Old Town area. One can easily get to the Old Town in about 15 minutes on the nearby tram. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The hot entrees on the breakfast buffet change on a daily basis (we were there for 6 days and never had the same thing twice) and there is some daily variety on the rest of the buffet items as well. When we come back to Prague, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Inos again!

The staff me the difference!!
This is a lovely little no frills hotel just outside downtown Prague in a charming residential neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, clean-but-basic room, and a really delicious buffet breakfast for a modest price. However, the stand out feature of this hotel is the warm and responsive girl staff, who patiently explained tram schedules, transportation options, and restaurant offerings in the neighborhood, which were outstanding. This will be my home-away-from-home on my next visit to Prague!! Thank you, Inos staff!!!

Pleasant hotel near the Congress and Vyšehrad area
The staff were courteous and the room was simple, but comfortable. The wifi in the room worked well. Given its location, the hotel is more geared towards business travelers or people visiting the Congress, but it's a quiet area, away from the bustle of the central tourist area.

A good place to stay
Overall, it was a good stay, staff was great and friendly. Paid breakfast was great. I stayed 5 days and it was pleasant. However, I wish they had a fan or some other cooling system. Bed was not so soft and small in size. Room was however OK. Wifi also works great.

lying receptionist and false advert on expedia
advertised on expedia as "all 31 rooms" with city views and balcony but on check in given a room with slanting roof with window on the roof and no balcony. complained to the receptionist. she lied that such standard room not available and only room in executive class available. called expedia and expedia support staff reminded hotel that they have put advert on expedia website "all 31 rooms with city views and balcony" which should be adhered to. following this receptionist gave a room saying it is an executive room which actually was a standard room meaning she was lying that such room was not available and then hiding that fact! cheeky lying receptionist!!

Misleading room advertisement on Expedia
Booked a standard room with balcony and city view but receptionist gave me a room with no balcony having slanting roof and Window on the roof wall making me feel claustrophobic in the room. When challenged that their Advert on Expedia says all 31 rooms have balcony and with city view the receptionist tried to shift the blame towards Expedia! Also lied that doesn't have any standard room available that has balcony except for in executive class. Contacted expedia and informed about hotel's cheeky practise. Expedia representative spoke to the receptionist following which a standard room on 3 rd floor with balcony materialised which receptionist passed on to me as an executive room- another lie!!

Perfect place to stay while in Prague
This is a very nice, clean, quiet hotel to stay while in Prague, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city like Prague yet close to it. It is in a quiet place on a side street, 5 minutes from a tram that takes you to downtown Prague in no time. Also, a bus is 2 stops away from the Metro where you can get pretty anywhere in Prague. You can get coffee at the reception 24 hours and in a nearby small store you can pick up fresh bread, crossants, chips, wine, bear and liquer . This store is exactly 132 steps from the hotel. There is TV in the room, kleenex and hair dryer. Also, a safe in the closet. Parking, which is extra, is very conveniently in the basement and you can get there by an elevator for cars. Amazing. You can take your luggage straight from the garage up to your room by an elevator, but also leave it in the car, it is safe there. I stay there any time I am in Prague, it is my home away from home. In a way, I wanted to keep this place secret so that I can always get a room there, but I think it deserves a recognition. I highly recommend it, hope they will always have a room for me in the future.
