The hotel is located right next to a busy area (during Christmas season) but still remains quiet. Very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nothing special but has enough options to choose from for a fulfilling breakfast. Overall, I really enjoy my stay there. Should mention though, there is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is great and clean. Excellent staff. The only issue is the noise late in the night in the street coming from people leaving the city downtown.

It was a wonderful hotel right downtown. The breakfast was great and the employees were super nice. The shower was a bit of a challenge, but all in all, it was exactly what we expected.

The location was superb, but it came with a price - noise from a nearby bar continued until 2 am. Then it was bell noise from the church and traffic just below the windows. There might be quieter rooms at this hotel but we got possibly the worst choice. Amenities are of a good 3 star hotel.

Walls were so dirty they had chunks of something on them. There were hair balls on the floor. Would not recommend for someone that likes a clean hotel. Owners said they don't have time to clean the walls. And they were rude about it. Great location though.

Easy check in, pleasant staff and lovely room. If you go to bed before midnight though, do not stay in Room 7. Piano player sets up right under the window and keeps you up. Man at front desk simply shrugged and explained that the player likes that spot and too bad for me

We were a little disappointed with this hotel, given the great reviews we had read. The main benefit is the location and we really enjoyed it. But besides that the hotel is a little run down. The doors are hard to close; cabinets are uneven, our window didn’t close properly. When made aware of the issue, staff shrugged that they didn’t have anyone to fix it; it seemed to be a known problem. This was exacerbated by the fact that they let a piano player play until past midnight in the street right below our window, and we could hear everything because we couldn’t close the window. But this didn’t seem to bother them to have a musician pick this exact spot in the long alley where he could have settled. In addition they served us expired milk with coffee at breakfast. The hotel is cute and centrally located but we didn’t feel that we could enjoy it as much as we were hoping for given several issues that came up.

Nice place. The bathroom fixtures are a bit outdated, but the whole place was very clean. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but it’s a perfect location if you want to be in the center of the tourist area.
