Pleasant hotel, good location only 5-15 minutes from attractions of old town. Smallish and nice room, quiet and air conditioned (important during the August heat). Nice breakfast and pleasant bar area downstairs.

Good access to Florence bus terminal not only Praha main station. Also old city central area is walkable distance. Room with enough space and facilities. I had very good start of Czech days.

This is a beautiful architectural gem, with a wonderful spa for small fee, fantastic breakfast spread, glassed in courtyard for smoking and meditation, staff very eager to help. Elevator, spotless and refurbished.

Location is excellent; quiet street but many really nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to Old Town. Also the way to the airport is easy and takes about 30 min by taxi. Good cleanliness, spacious rooms. Just a bit scuffed.

Overall the hotel was very clean and perfectly located. We paid extra for breakfast and was very disappointed with the vegetarian options which were fried egg,scrambled egg and boiled egg along with boiled veg(I don't know about you, but I don't want boiled veg with my breakfast) some items were very sparse and were not refilled straight away. Rooms were clean but very dark, not a problem for some people but for myself as a women who likes to get ready and do her makeup it was not good. Staff seem friendly, We did, however call one day for an iron, The gentleman said he would get back to us once he's located one, but we never did. Aside from the breakfast and the dark room I would still recommend the hotel.

Mostly fine. AC instructions are unclear, insufficient English TV programs, can be noisy depending on the location of the room, and you may have to wait a while at night to get in if front door is locked and you need to ring the doorbell to get someone. But comfortable and safe.
