Great, clean, quiet apartment. Easy walking to St. Wenceslas Square and a few really good Czech restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Too expensive. And this is like an apartment, not a hotel--no housekeeping service, included garbage removal. The apartment units have washer/dryer, but not the micro suites in the back. I think the hotel management could offer one free wash and dry per stay for those suites. For sure, this is a nice property. I stayed in rooms 010-060, which is a separate area in the back. The suite was newish, very nice, and included a microwave and fridge. However very small--the photos make it seem larger than they appear. As well, if you are tall...you toes will hang off the bed as it's a short bed. Towel warmer was not operational. I was told the 'central heating system' was on...which is irrelevant because the rack wasn't even a little warm. Slept well, but it's not completely soundproof--you can hear chairs being dragged on the floor. Staff could be a bit more friendly. (Maia was great.) I felt like I was bothering them when I made a request. I question management of this property, as the staff member did not have the authority to comp my dryer service since the towel rack wasn't working. This request really is not managerial level. Summary: a nice property, but overpriced. Look around. A friend of mine was in Prague at the same time as me found something cheaper that was closer to old town AND included breakfast.

The value I got for this stay is absolutely insane. A whole apartment with washing machine, very spacious bathroom and room, fridge, nice bed, quiet, a block away from a convenience store. Would definitely stay again on my time at Prague

This place is a great bang for your buck. The rooms are very clean and modern. There is a beautiful, outdoor shared space to enjoy your coffee or read a book. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Espresso machines, refrigerators and plates/cutlery in the rooms.

Quiet, good location, very functional
The apartments are modern and well equiped. The bed is very comfortable, although the pillows are a bit flat. Air-conditioning is reasonably quiet. Sound insulation between apartments is very good, and there isn't any street noise. The blinds let a lot of light go through, so bring your own eye shade. There is some vibration from the trains going through the tunnel under the hotel, but it is not noticeable while sleeping (and I'm a light sleeper!).

A home away from home
A very enjoyable stay at Aparthotel Římská 14. Friendly staff, beautifully furnished and clean apartments, and a great location for those who like to explore new cities by foot (although public transport is conveniently located nearby for those that don’t). I would definitely recommend Aparthotel Římská 14 for those coming to Prague :)

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean, new, modern, and looked exactly like the pictures (we all know that never happens). The apartment came with great amenities, including plenty of backups of any supplies you might need. The location was good, close to Wenceslas Square but on a quite street so noise was never an issue. The staff was very helpful and answered all emails promptly when I contacted them with questions about our stay.
