"The hotel has good value for money and it was comfortable. Unfortunately the common areas smell bad and it's clear that guests are allowed to smoke in their rooms so the odor in the common areas is bad."

"Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"The hotel was great for the money we paid. It was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room was a great size (room for 4 people) and nice and warm. It's not claiming to be a 5 star but I would stay again. We know the resort very well and knew where the hotel was located so no shock there, but I already planned on parking my car in the under ground car park by the lifts and using it as my locker for all our ski's etc, making the walk to and from the hotel not a great task as we were not in...

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful duplex in Sierra Nevada! It was perfect for our group of 8, with children, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, and we were so touched by the thoughtful gift left for us. Every detail was well thought out, and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We truly felt spoiled and I totally recommend this place. The place is bigger...

"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...
