"House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...

The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, it is a few munutes walk to the Doumo Piazza and so much to do in the area so I felt safe staying out late. I also liked that I could walk to the Doumo at 6:30am when it is quiet and a few people, then return to the hotel for breakfast. There was good variety on the breakfast bar and the food was delicious. The gym is nice and actually looks like the picture. "

"This hotel is very new and clean comparing to other hotels I have stayed at Milan. It’s 15 minutes walk to city center, if you can’t catch a cab you can just walk back from the city center. I enjoyed my stay during my trip of Milan marathon. If you prefer a newer build hotel with great and easy breakfast offered, this is a great choice!"
