"No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. "

"We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. "Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"Nous avions réservé ce logement pour pouvoir visiter Turin tout en profitant du calme de la campagne. Le logement est tres agréable, bien équipé et tres propre. Les propriétaires sont sur place et nous ont laissé notre espace tout en étant très accueillants. L'endroit est au calme, à 40 min du centre ville de Turin tout en vous offrant une vue imprenable sur les alpes. Chaleureusement recommandé."

"We visited Turin during the month of September. The temperatures were high during the day and minimal cooling late at night. The listing had air conditioning but in fact meant two portable air conditioners. Unfortunately one unit was broken. I contacted Maria and she promised to come the next day to work on it. She came the next day and replaced the unit, unfortunately it did not work either. I contacted her but received no response. All of us moved to the upstairs to sleep with the one unit....
