"We had a Ria view room with lovely views, especially as the weather was good. We liked the fact that the hotel is very tranquil at this time of year. Although the rooms are not spacious it was a very comfortable large bed, bottled water and fridge in the room. The food was of a very good standard and a reasonable range of options. Staff all professional and friendly.Hoping to return next year."

"Staff were extremely helpful. Helped us very quickly with early check in and luggage. Hotel was beautiful in itself with the interior and very clean. "

"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"I didn't like the fact that reception told us we had an hour to get to Dinner because they close at 2200, but when we arrived, it was 2130, and so what was supposed to be a nice dinner turned into a nightmare."

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"Es la segunda vez que estuve en el hotel con mi pareja. La verdad que esta muy bien y el personal es super agradable la cual intentan solucionar cualquier duda que tienes. Estuvimos en la zona de SPA y nos salimos renovados de alli. Super bien. Maria y Margarida las recepcionistas son muy agradable y amable.en general todos en el hotel .Gracias por todo . Seguro volveremos. "
