The Space:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a very quiet, modern housing estate. The two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four people, making it a great proposition for families with children or groups of friends. A bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony with garden furniture are definitely other advantages of this apartment. The interior of the apartment is cozy and warm, the decor is modern, stylish accessories and the presence of wooden elements make this place a place where it is very easy to relax and rest. The apartment is located in a modern building, in the immediate vicinity of the center of Poznań, at Różana Street, next to the northern part of the Wilda district. It is an ideal place for a family, between the buildings there is a green courtyard with a playground for children. The close proximity to the Old Market Square (15 minutes by foot) and the location in a beautiful historic district will make your stay in Poznań an amazing experience. The advantage of the location is definitely a good transport connection with the rest of Poznań districts, but also close to the Poznań International Fair (only 20 minutes on foot) and the most beautiful shopping center in Poland - Stary Browar (500 m!). Around the building, guests will find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes open from early morning to late night.
