This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located at Osiedle Rusa estate in Poznań. It’s a perfect location for dynamic outdoorsy people or families with children. The neighborhood provides many children-friendly activities and opportunities for active recreation. Just 260 m from the apartment there is a park with a playground for children. There is also a bakery, a gym, and numerous bus and tram stops in the area. The popular recreational area around Lake Malta, which includes the Termy Maltańskie water park, a year-round ski slope and the Park Railway, is a 20-minute walk or 7 minutes by bike. The apartment is also located in the vicinity of three major shopping centers: the Franowo shopping complex (800 m), the shopping center Galeria Malta (2.4 km), and the biggest shopping center in the whole province Posnania (2.3 km).
The apartment does not have an assigned parking space, but guests can park in the local parking lot if there are free spaces. A drive to the center of Poznań will take only 12-15 minutes by car, or 20 minutes when using public transport.

There is, among other facilities, a dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer, making preparing home-cooked meals a breeze.
