App, Pre-paid reservation needed a bank tranfer...
With a pre-paid reservation from Hotels.com (gold member) I ended up waiting on the street for my relatives to make a bank tranfer!! I'm not sure whom to blame the app or the renter... The problem was that they required a safety deposit but there was no-one on site to charge my company credit card. It took me 2 hours to sort it out and receice the codes of the apartment. Not sure what is the use of the app in that case, if you end up making a private bank tranfer to an individual's account. Anyway. The apartment had some broken furnitures upon to my arrival that i had to declare. Also there were hair all over from previous visitors.
