"Wonderful apartment! Ultra clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, safe and secure, I loved it! I think they may have apartments in different buildings, I was on the 9th floor and despite being on the main road, it was very quiet, with a nice view of the city. "Excellent location 2 minute walk from Christmas markets in Wolności Square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Apartment was very clean and modern and had all necessary amenities for a short trip. We did have trouble working the heating but this was most likely user error and would most likely have been an easy fix had we asked. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. "

This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office.
