"We had to find a property at a minute’s notice due to unforeseen circumstances. This could not have been better for our needs. The owners were welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. We had two 20 month girls and it was a great place for them. The toys and games in the property were fantastic. The village and villagers couldn’t have been more welcoming for the girls, on our walks they would go out of their way to show us the farm animals, horses and anything that took their interest. We were there in late October and while there is heat, it is an older drafty house without modern windows etc and the thermostat limited to 19 C, which felt kind of chilly. I think it would be wonderful in summer. Kitchen was good except all the knives were very dull- hard to cut our baguette. The listing says there is a dryer and hot tub, but there is not. "Good accommodation with all essentials. Pellet stove kept everything warm and dry; kitchen, though basic, had everything we needed to cook for four. Nearest supermarket 15 minutes away in Albert - great place for exploring WW1 battlefields and museums."

"Het huisje is prima verzorgd, doortrekken van de wc is een zeer luidruchtig gebeuren. Aan beide zijden van de straat staat een verboden toegang voor alle verkeer bord, is niet duidelijk dat je gewoon de straat in mag rijden, verder is parkeren een dingetje maar keurig opgelost, geen idee door wie."
