"Wonderful Dutch-colonial full of interesting antiques. Very large bedrooms upstairs, each very private. One block from many restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed walking and driving through the historical neighborhood. A few blocks from Lake Michigan. We stayed during Christmas and did a lot of cooking. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Will stay agsin in the future."

"Wow, we were impressed beyond!! This home is absolutely gorgeous, yet feels like home. Owners have this place set up soooo nice…..it was all the little things that made our stay special….welcome note, cocktails/snacks upon arrival (even treats for our dog) plus a simple check in/out. The home is right on the bay and within feet from the ice/water. We were able to walk out to ice fish… sooo convenient. We’d like to go back in summer with our family because there is a sand beach which with the...

"Honestly, I've stayed at VRBO's for years, and this house was far and away the nicest home yet. From the peaceful setting overlooking the fast flowing Escanaba River; to the gorgeous and "Feng shui" furnishings and art objects everywhere, to the exquisite beds, you will not go wrong with this place, which feels more like a Four Seasons Resort than some poor schlub's home lol!! Did I mention the hot tub?"

"Our stay was nice. House was clean, property was as the listing showed, house is on a bit of the main "drag". Road noise was a bit loud during the day but defiantly quieted down by bed time. We were sight seeing for fall colors and not really at the property much. The host was great and property was just what we expected. "

"My girlfriend and i decided for a last minute trip to the UP and we picked this cabin. Very nice location not too far from Escanaba for a beach town kinda vibe. We seen a lot of water falls while up there as well. The host is fast to reply and very easy to communicate with. Good hunting cabin or base camp for sight seeing. Thanks again for a good trip! "
