"Property/size/location was great for the amount of people we had. It was near so many great restaurants, stores, etc. only downfall was the pool was not usable. The listing does say prime pool time is Memorial Day to Labor Day, and we were there 9/20-23. However, I was given the pool code so that led me to believe we were able to use the pool (one of the main reasons we chose this house). "Property is located near the end of the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. If you wish to go parasailing it is a 3 minute walk to the bay side in a straight shot on Talbot St. "

"The place was very spacious for our family and in a good location for what we wanted. It was an easy walk to the beach. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"Some observations: Good stay for 2 kids and family. Backyard a good size for our 18lb dog. No plastic bags, very few reusable tupperware, and no reusable water bottles, and no cooler or icepacks. Didnt try the grill, so cant comment on its condition. House had salt and pepper only- bring your cooking essentials. No beach towels in house, bring your own or buy at Sunsations. Would have been nice for an outdoor shower after the beach. A few neighbors are friendly with hellos. HIGHLY recommend...

"This location was the best for us and directly above our favorite pizza place! Steps to a great beach and on the boardwalk. Only problems - washer and dryer didn’t work. White furniture looked dirty."
