"Golf foursome. Townhouse was great - updated, just nice… inside furnishings, deck and deck furniture were perfect. Views were outstanding. Would definitely recommend. Only issue, if you want to call it that, is the ceiling fans in the master bedroom and top floor seem to have the same codes… turning one off would turn the other on… lol…took a night to figure it out…"

"Our group was all age 30 and older, and the property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly, the views are spectacular, and it is conveniently located close to Coastal Highway and a number of restaurants. My mother-in-law spent most of the week watching the bay from the enclosed patio while our dogs enjoyed walking around the area. Having the parking garage accessible was a great feature. Centrally located to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and more. The ocean and boardwalk view from the pool area was beautiful !!
