"Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, especially Berik, who saw my request at check in & graciously moved us to a room on the first floor. When my husband asked about a nice restaurant since it was our Anniversary, Berik not only gave us recommendations, but also put a congratulatory message on the board in front of the Inn. As for our room, it was beautifully decorated, very clean, & comfortable. Breakfast was also nice & had several items to choose from. Although it was too cold & windy to relax at the beach, it was beautiful to look at & located right behind the building. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was very friendly. We arrived when they were finishing upgrades we never a single tool. The updates in the rooms were nice, room were clean and the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a plus the hotel being located directly behind the hotel was a bonus as well although it was too cold but we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious The Blue Moon bar and grill was about 5 minutes from the hotel their food was phenomenal as well as the atmosphere We would definitely come back here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"5th stay here. Experience was great as always just a few noisy neighbors above us but thats expected. Its is a pet friendly hotel so you may hear a dog bark here or there."

"The bed was very comfortable, easy to find light switches etc. Saw dolphins off the balcony that overlooked the beach. Beautiful views, easy beach access. Hotel is definitely older, but maintained. I had only 2 complaints. First, the door to the outside was sick and took a considerable amount of finagling to get open, and although the whole wall was windows, only the door opened so we couldn't crack a window to listen to the water. The other complaint is finding a previous occupants dirty clothing smooshed under the couch pillows. That was pretty gross. Other than that, it was great! Less than a mile down the beach to the pier, a handful of restaurants nearby, lots more with the car. Hard to walk down the road since there are no side walks. But all in all, i would definitely stay again for the views. "

"I was coming off a high stress situation and needed a break. Shutters on the Bank was perfect! I got a Junior Suite in the tower with a balcony overlooking the ocean. I was able to completely de-stress. Housekeeping was present without being intrusive. And the off season prices were pretty terrific too."
