"All around great experience. My wife, two young children and our dog spent a weekend at Sky Hawk. Property is beautiful and expansive. There are a handful of well-marked trails all over the property with variations of views and elevations. The house was new and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with quality cookware so we could cook all of our meals. We didn’t realize all the local restaurants close during the winter but luckily we brought plenty of food to cook. House has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The river access is a couple miles away (all those details are in the welcome book). We will try to come back during spring or summer to take advantage of that.All around great place to relax, hike, and spend time with family. It’s heaven for dogs, too. . "

"Staff is very friendly. Love Tamra at the front desk. Clean rooms that are newly renovated. Close to places to eat, wal mart, 7 brew, and other coffe shops. Always stay with them when I’m in town to work. "

"They were quick to get me extra pillows because of my disability. When one of the chairs broke they immediately brought a new chair. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They allowed our dogs for a cheap price of $10 dollars per dog per night. Reasonably priced I would recommend this property especially for people who need only a night accommodation. Very clean and comfortable beds they asked if we needed the beds changed and we said no we stayed 2 nights while our house was bombed for bugs if I ever needed to stay in a motel again I’ll book them no if and buts about it I feel they went beyond what was expected of them. "

"We love staying at Tailwater when we plan a fly fishing trip. The home is well equipped with special touches as snacks and water. It was rather chilly this weekend and the home was warm and comfortable to come into after a cold day on the water. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and especially anyone wanting easy access to fish the White River. "

"wonderful location for trout fishermen. within a few miles of Cotter and Wildcat accesses. Very clean and well-kept. Bargain for the area. Plenty of room for boat parking. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Will return !"
