Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von gut zu Fuß zu erreichenden Restaurants. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäckerei in der Nähe. Eigener Parkplatz. "A very nice cosy little appartment in a perfect location just above Morgat Marina, with all the facilities (supermarket, restaurants, port..) within max 5 min walking distance. Parking 50m from the building. The appartment is nicely decorated, there are a couple of minor flaws (like when you put flooring panels in a bathroom ;) ) but overall it’s good and offers an excellent price performance. "Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in Cap Coz. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt allerdings viele Treppen zur Wohnung hoch, das Bad ist sehr klein und das Sofa durchgesessen. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage ist perfekt."
