The location and staff and room were amazing. The only concern I had was the $150 per night deposit. While I know it is standard, it's a lot for someone to have held while on vacation. This was the highest total I have had to pay, and I have stayed at the midtown hilton in NYC. I just wish there was a smaller fee.

Very, very nice hotel. We were checked in quickly by a wonderful front desk crew, especially Henry. The hotel itself is spotless, parking is free, it's literally steps away from the convention center which was nice considering we were there when it was quite cold. The rooms were perfect and clean. The restautant was decent. Would definitley stay again!

The main criteria for me in a well rated hotel is a clean space that allows a comfortable night’s sleep. While this hotel was clean, their central air was not working during my two night stay and they had no fans available. The temp in my room did not get below 75 and for a woman in my season of life, it was unbearable. When I inquired at the front desk about a fan, the clerk told me he had it worse because he was standing under hot lights all day. Also. It really makes me mad when housekeeping loudly raps on the door more than two hours before checkout time despite the do not disturb sign hanging on the door.
