Deer Manor Cabin at Lake Texoma, Pet-Friendly!

We’ve taken the effort out of making memories and great experiences!

Deer Manor is a completely remodeled Lake Texoma cabin, with lots of space, privacy, and world-class fishing! The cabin is surrounded by trees, but has a long open yard that backs up to 300+ acres of heavily forested Corps of Engineers property which supports an abundance of wildlife, such as turkey, raccoon, foxes, and of course, deer. Start your morning off with coffee from the living room’s HUGE picture windows overlooking our beautifully treed property watching the birds, and other wildlife.

Good hiking/walking trails through the Corps property, and straight to the lake shore, but don’t stop there; feel free to satisfy your wanderlust and hike the many trails that wind their way through the forest.

We provide quality recreational equipment, and lots of fun activities on the property. You'll have access to fishing poles and tackle and kayaks. We have two great geocaching courses, a tire-swing, a basketball court, horseshoes, corn-hole, a selection of board games and a small library with great books about adventure and woodcraft.

Our cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room/dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our property is functional, affordable, and was very well thought-out in preparing it for you and your family.

Great place to stay, very clean and all the amenities you need. Quick easy drive to and from the boat ramp at Mill Creek Marina. Parking is a little tight at the property but overall great place.

Another perfect stay!
Beautiful home near Lake Texoma. This was our 2nd stay. Already planning another. The land is surrounded by large trees and is gated, which is a nice privacy feature. We love!!

We stayed at Deer Manor over spring break and loved it! Great house with all the amenities of home, plenty of outside activities and ample room for the kids to run and play. The owners take great care of the property and provide everything you’ll need and more for a relaxing getaway! We will be back to finish our search for the hidden treasure!

This property has everything you need for a fun family trip. The kids loved the tire swing and big yard. We were able to enjoy all our meals on the shaded patio. The owners are quick to respond and very helpful. We had a great time!

Easy getaway from the hassles of life
Life has gotten hectic. We need a few days away from it all. This place was perfection! The cabin is beautiful, clean, and cozy. We especially loved the huge patio and the wide open view. We’ll definitely be back again soon!!

We were so impressed with Deer Manor. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has all the things you would need to feel right at home! We had a mechanical issue with the A/C and the Owners had someone come out immediately!! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Lake Texoma.

Absolutely Amazing
We loved every minute of our stay! The house was extremely clean and updated. We enjoyed our view every morning as we drank coffee on the awesome porch. We loved that they had everything for our dogs so they were able to enjoy this little piece of heaven with us. We will definitely rent this house again.

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND REGROUP
The property is beautiful and peaceful! Everything that you could imagine nature to be. The house itself was so clean and welcoming, with that touch of country living. I never wanted to leave. The hosts are awesome and quickly answered anytime I had questions (before and after the trip). Everything you need for cooking - except the food of course, lots of spices, coffee, small cabinet full of things in case you forgot something. I am super excited to go back in the fall and see the beautiful fall colors. If you are looking for a great getaway, this is the place to go!

One of my favorite vacation rentals ever!
Cabin was perfect and fully stocked! Location was perfect! The little ones played, dogs loved the lake, and the adults got to hang out and enjoy! Golf cart rides, hikes to the lake (private shore), basketball, frisbee, campfires, hammock swinging, grilling….. I could go on and on! The cabin had all the toys and games you could ever want. Our family will ABSOLUTELY be back to Deer Manor!!

Relaxing getaway
This beautiful cabin was just what we needed for a week getaway! Location was great and the owners did an exceptional job of having all we needed. The kitchen had everything, blender, coffee machine, pots and pans to seasonings! The cabin was so clean when we arrived! The hammocks were fun to swing in! And all of nature to soak in from turkeys, deer, squirrels and lots of beautiful birds to watch from the huge windows in the living room! Thanks to the owners!!

Just what was needed!
Adorable little cabin with a beautiful lot of trees and open spaces! Outdoor lighting by the fireplace with music to add to the ambiance. Beds were comfy and warm! Fun at Deer Manor!
We had a great time at Deer Manor!! My granddaughters, 6 yrs old and 4 yr old twins, absolutely loved it! They had fun on the tire swing, playing horseshoes, tic-tac-toe, corn hole, basketball, Jinga, in the sandbox and on the hammocks. We walked to the lake and rode the golf cart. It was amazing! Feel like you’ve gotten away
Loved the place, the big windows let you enjoy the view, especially when its over 100 degrees. Only an hour away but feels like you’ve gotten away from the hustle and bustle of life. Very quiet, no noise other than the animals. Had a little mix up in the beginning but Daryl took care of us and we are grateful for that! Reason for the 4 star on cleanliness.

Great Property in the Woods!
We spent the week (June 1-June 5) at Deer Manor and had a great time! Everything in the listing is exactly as described. Great bird watching! The hiking trails behind the house were level, mostly shaded (that was a wonderful surprise) and sandy, not gravely so hiking was easy. The trails down to the water had some steep inclines--we were grateful we brought a collapsible wagon to haul our stuff. We rented their golf cart and that was a blessing! The properly is huge with lots of space for our dogs to roam and tons of shade. We'd highly recommend Deer Manor!

Wonderful property!
We loved our stay here. Very clean and had so many extras that we were so excited about! Don’t skip reading the binder like we did until our departure day! We had no idea about the stuff in the rec shed and the kids loved it. Played a ton of basketball and the trails behind the house were amazing. Easy but very scenic hike to the lake. Owners were great, too. Answered all our questions promptly! We are a family of five and usuallly rent big homes—so I was a bit worried about this house given the size but we all agreed it was just perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing! Would def stay here again!!!
