"The staff won our hearts before we walked up to the front desk. The bellman (Theodore?) greeted us warmly and won us with his smile and helped us with our bags. He did the same when we left even though I told him I didn’t have any euros to tip him. Diana welcomed and oriented us and helped us throughout our stay.
