"I have stayed here the past 3 years during the end of March. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I went to HS in Msla but left MT in1994. It is so great to stay on the Clark Fork River while seeing family and friends. It is only about 12 to Uber home from downtown shenanigans. You have your own stairs down to the river, you’re close to great hikes, and close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here for any Msla area activities. "

"Kate goes out of her way to make sure everything is just so, and the house is immaculate. The views are divine, the space and vibe is incredible. I hope to come back in the summer and just sit and watch the birds. Oh... and you HAVE to save time for the very Zenned out soak and sauna's. ( for an even more Zen experience read " the Dharma Bums, found in the library in the basement) -- This property has earned the care it gets and it's so lovely to see people having esteem and grace for the land...

"Amazing location close to downtown and lots of things to do. Very walkable. Home was clean and comfortable. If you're a light sleeper or bothered by noise from foot traffic this might not be for you but we had no issues. Street parking was easy. Would definitely visit again."

"Our host, Robert, was a wonderful communicator from start to finish. His property is an oasis on the river - the sounds and view were mesmerizing. The best stocked VRBO we have ever experienced and clean!! What a great place!!!! We’d go back in a heartbeat. "

"Perfect two bedroom with great amenities. Comfy living room furnishings. Quiet location close to downtown. Well equipped if you plan on cooking. Plenty of living space for a stay of more than a week."

"The space was exactly like the photographs showed. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with views out all the windows. You can hear the train horns, but they weren't excessive. I will definitely book this place again when I need to come back to town."

"We were in Missoula visiting our oldest son and his family. There were 6 of us in this VRBO. Once we saw the space, we had dinner for everyone at our place. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of seating. The basement was a bonus that we didn’t really take advantage of. If allowed, would have been a perfect spot for our grandchildren to bunk in (they didn’t come this trip). This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have rented and we’ve seen a lot over the years "

"Carl is a great host and his property is beautiful. The location is close to Missoula, but out far enough we were surrounded by mountain scenery. There was road noise, but it was tolerable. We highly recommend this for any couple looking for a mountain adventure! "

"It was a nice place that served our requirements well. Comfortable beds. Despite being reasonably techy, we couldn't get the TV to connect to the wifi. There was a very reasonable request that we wash our dishes, which would have been easier if dish soap had been provided. The large dogs were friendly, but had a bad habit of jumping on the car doors and windows, and being rather insistent about joining us in the rental. Not a good rental for people freaked out by large dogs. "
