"Great stay"

"I was impressed by the professionalism amd the servoce from the Manager and Staff. I encountered a problem becaise the description of the room (sea view) is misleading..The view was from the balcony and it was only a partial view. I had high expectations of being able to see the sea from my bed. That was definitely not possible. However, the dound of the ocean was a delight. I went to bed and arose with this soothing sound. The hotel os located on a womderful beach that os not too crowded.There is shopping and stores within walking distance of the hotel. You can walk the beach snd run into other hotels and bars. However, I discovered meals prepared by Double A were delicious. Please don't judge the food by the breakfast which was mediocre. Again, the staff did what they could to accommodate. Overall, I enjoyed my stay,, thanks to "

"Pros: -Beautiful resort and beach location -Comfortable rooms, safe property with lots of security around -Diverse food options -Friendly staff -lots of activities to participate in Cons: -beach is not private. Many locals will approach you daily to try to sell you things -no hot water in the shower -occasional power outages, but only lasts a few minutes "

Her Zanzibar Iced Coffee is a must-try—absolutely divine and the perfect reflection of the local flavors. Fadna’s passion for her craft shines through in every sip and interaction, making each visit to the café a delightful experience. Lux* Hotel Zanzibar provided not just a place to stay but a collection of unforgettable memories. The incredible staff, especially Pina and Fadna, turned our vacation into something truly magical. This was, without a doubt, the most memorable hotel visit of my life, and I can’t recommend Lux* Zanzibar enough.
