Villa Kastel

The Villa accommodates between 6 and 10 adults, or else several families with 2 to 3 children. It enjoys an ideal and peaceful location while featuring every comfort that the modern guest may expect. The villa has several terraces, some canopied for shade and others open to the glorious sun. Our island accommodates many tangerine plantations where you may also join in during picking time. At the end of October, it is time for olives to be picked and natural olive oil is produced – so you may also pick your own natural olive oil.

Amazing place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Postira! The location was perfect as it was close to the beach as well as the many restaurants and shops in town. The home was large enough for our family of 10 to have some private space yet enjoy our time together in the common kitchen and by the pool. We would stay here again upon returning to Brac and would highly recommend this place to any family or group wanting to enjoy a bit of luxury on this special island!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Haus bot viel Platz und war sauber. Der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen und war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Maison au calme avec piscine et vu sur la mer
Très agréable séjour dans cette maison (en fait, il s’agit de 3 appartements dans la même maison) idéal pour plusieurs familles car chacun peu avoir son indépendance. La piscine et son solarium sont très appréciable après la plage qui ce situe très près (seulement une certaine de marches à descendre). Possibilité de faire des barbecues et de cuisiner dans une très grande cuisine bien équipée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et notre hôte et son fils étaient charmants. Merci

Es war ein super Urlaub! Die Vermieter sind Weltklasse. Das Haus ist super sauber, es sind sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte da + Eiswürfelmaschine. Der Pool mit Terrasse und Liegen ist mit dem Ausblick traumhaft. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Einkaufsladen. Am Strand gibt es eine wunderschöne Bar und ein super Restaurant. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöner Platz, unkompliziert!
Wir waren mit 10 Personen plus Hund dort, sehr nette Vermieterin, Ausstattung ok, es fehlt an nichts. Weg zum Kießstrand kurz aber mit Treppensteigen verbunden, Pool super und gepflegt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt👍🏾

Sehr schönes Objekt und sehr kompetente Vermieterin
Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 6 Jungs wobei jeder(die Erwachsenen und die Jungs) sein Reich hatte - Platz war ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Zusammenfassend kann man nur sagen, dass wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus hatten. Unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Auf kleine Nachfragen wurde sofort reagiert, selbst ein Kinderstuhl wurde kurzfristig besorgt. Nochmals vielen Dank für Alles!!!

Perfekter Urlaub für Großfamilien
Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man mit mehreren in den Urlaub möchte. Vom Pool aus, mit dem man übrigens sehr viel Spaß haben kann, hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Besitzerin ist außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder gern unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.🤩

Super Unterkunft.
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. (Und noch viel mehr) Die Multifunktionsduschen in den oberen Wohnungen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine geräumige Standarddusche wäre hier völlig ausreichend. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, allerdings müssen dazu einige Stufen überwunden werden. Alle Wohnungen haben ihre eigene Terasse mit fantastischem Ausblick auf das Meer. Die untere Terrasse ist das Highlight. Sie ist geräumig, hat einen kleinen aber feinen Pool (wird täglich auf Wasserqualität überprüft) und mehrer Holzliegestühle mit Auflagen. Am Abend mit einem Glas Wein hier zu liegen und das Meer zu betrachten ist ein Traum. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufmöglichkeit kann mit einem fünfminütigen Fußmarsch erreicht werden. Am Strand ist auch ein tolles Restaurant und eine super Bar. Wir waren alle super begeistert.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen und von der Ausstattung ganz gut. Der Pool war toll und auch das ganze Anwesend sehr ansprechend. Die Vermieterin, Frau Jelenka, war sehr freundlich, die Hilfsbereitschaft (bei kleinen Problemen oder Arztbesuch) sogar außergewöhnlich! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub ! Herzlichen Dank!

Huset var fantastiskt. Läget utsikten var helt underbart. Ägaren var så hjälpsam som bla förbeställda taxi från flygplatsen o från färjan till huset. Allt klaffade trots attvi hade 4 olika tider.

Nice and well equipped house, good swimmingpool pool and close to beach
We had a very nice stay, two families with a total of five children. The house is very good, the pool was much appreciated, and the restaurants of Postira is a 10-15 minutes walk away. The closest beach only a few minutes walk. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Schoenes Haus in toller Lage
Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Haus is in einer tollen Lage, weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu einem schoenen Strand und auch zu dem netten Ort ist es nicht weit. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass wir eine der heissesten Wochen seit langem geniessen durften, waren wir auch fuer die Klimanalage sehr dankbar, die uns einen geruhsamen Schlaf ermoeglichte.

Tolles Haus mit wunderbaren Vermietern
Das Haus hält voll und ganz was die Beschreibung verspricht! Zustand und Einrichtung des Hauses ist top - wir haben uns mit zwei Familien (8 Personen) sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ordentlich Platz. Die große Gemeinschaftküche und der überdachte Essplatz (mit kroatischen Grill :-)) ist wirklich klasse. Die Lage ist wunderschön: Ein paar Minunten zu Fuß den Hang runter, und man ist am Strand - perfekt. Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse über das Meer aufs Festland. Das Ortszentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - nette Bars und Restaurants, aber kein Ballermann Tourismusrummel. Die Vermieterin ist sowohl bei der Vorbereitung des Aufenthaltes als auch vor Ort unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann sowohl das Haus als auch die Lage als auch die Vermieterin nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen und ich würde das Haus sofort jederzeit wieder mieten. (Short summary in English: Excellent house in a top location with a wonderful landlady. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, the town centre and a beautiful view over the sea to the coast. If you're looking for a nice place for a vaction in Croation - that's the place to go.)

Nicht zu viel versprochen!
Trotz der nächtlichen Ankunft wurden wir liebevoll und herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin hat uns während der gesamten Urlaubszeit freundlich und zuvorkommend begleitet, auch Sonderwünsche möglich gemacht und nebenbei bekamen wir noch viele Insidertipps. Dadurch haben wir viel über Land und Leute erfahren und so wurde der Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die dalmatinische Gelassenheit hat uns sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Die stilvolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses nebst Außenanlage haben uns und unseren Kindern das Wohlfühlen sehr einfach gemacht. Postira ist ein gemütliches Fischerdorf, nicht so überlaufen und sehr idyllisch. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn man Abwechslung und Trubel mag, sind Orte Supetar und Bol schnell erreichbar.

Einfach Perfekt!!!
Das Haus hält was die Vermieterrin verspricht!!! Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist locker für 10 Personen geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft wo sie kann. Das hat sie schon vor unserer Ankunft bewiesen. Sehr rascher und sehr netter Kontakt. Wir sind ein wenig früher angekommen als geplant und auch dass war kein Problem. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Es fehlt an wirklich nichts!!! Es ist alles da was man braucht um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Der kleine Supermart (2 Gehminuten) versorgt einem mit allem was benötigt wird. Sei es für das Frühstück oder sonstigen Bedürfnissen. Der Stand ist auch in ca. 2 - 3 Gehminuten ereichbar. Direkt am Stand ist eine Bar wo man Kaffee, Limos oder sonstige alkoholische Getränke konsumieren kann. Wieder zum Haus. Die Klima funktioniert perfekt, so das man sich am Abend in ein kühles Bett legen kann. Die Küchen sind besser ausgestattet als unsere zu Hause (mit Zubehör). Jedes Geschoss ist zumindest mit einem, teilweise sogar mit 2 TVs ausgestattet, sodas wir auch die WM verfolgen konnten. Wir waren total begeistert. Der "I-Punkt" war natürlich der Pool. Es ist einfach sensationell rund um die Uhr in dem eigenen Pool zu springen und sich abzukühlen oder einfach Spaß zu haben. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles. Lg Rudi

"Lovely villa and the own...
"Lovely villa and the owners were very kind and helped us out with everifing we needed. The house was clean and equiped with all the kitchen stuff, bedroom sheets and bathroom towel. Me and my group really enjoy the "common part" of the villa with the big kitchen were you can easily cook for 10 people, the porch were the huge table provide a sit for everyone and last but far from least the terrace with the pool definitely the coolest part of this villa! the closest beach is 3 min walking from the villa and it has also a bar. I suggest to rent bikes in order to explore the nearby and get to Postira downtown faster than light when needed, especially to buy few things like milk,bread,booze or tabacco. When you rent a house with a big hungry group the main problem is to grocery, no problem! a supermarket in supetar will provide you everithing you need. We really had a great time and the island is beautiful!"
