"This was home base for us as we attended a wedding and family events in the area. There was lots of space in a comfortable setting. We loved the deck and big outdoor table for coffee and card games one morning. We live in Central Oregon but needed the space for our adult children and their significant others. This worked perfectly!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the property as a staging base for our rock hounding in the area. There was an excellent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying snacks and beverages. An unplanned benefit was the ability to view the Perseid meteor shower as the area is designated a Dark Sky site. Prineville offers some quaint coffee shops and restaurants and access to some Thunder egg collection sites. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was nice to have a laundry available of site to catch up on 4 days of "used' travel clotes. Would book again if in the area"

Barb's communication accompanied by thorough lists of amenities and house contents, made us feel prepared without the need to overpack. She also made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door with a welcome basket of treats and a personalized note. The house was immaculate and the property was even better than the pictures (if that is even possible). The home and the location made for the perfect location for a group of mother's and their teenage girls to make memories that will last a lifetime."
