"This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. "The unit was perfect for us! We chose this unit to be close to family wedding events. It was clean and has great views. The underground parking was a plus, but the vehicle elevator was confusing. The staff at ARCA Mgmt was responsive and worked to resolve small issues. This location is one block from the Tram stop, a short walk to many shops and restaurants but in the Financial District so quiet in the evenings. We would stay here again."

Individual water supply for each apartment so not enough hot water for 5 adults in the large apartment. Not bath plug for the bath so showers only.
