Villa Magnolia is a lovely property with 6 bedrooms, situated just outside Positano.
It is characterized by mix of Byzantine and contemporary styles with arches, vaults and light sky­blue majolica tiles, and from its terraces you can admire breathtaking views over the bay.
The villa consists of a main building with five bedrooms and an annex where a further bedroom is located.
All bedrooms have en­suite bathrooms and a small balcony with sea view; additionally, they are provided with air conditioning, Wi­Fi, hair dryers, mosquito nets and a safe.
There is a wide living room with a flat screen satellite TV, a generous dining table that can seat all the guests of the villa.
The fully­equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has all you need to self­cater. Outside, the villa boasts beautiful terraces and gardens, and a Jacuzzi.
Villa Magnolia has Wi­Fi internet connection both inside and outside in the gardens.
Furthermore, a private parking space for one car is available for the guests of the villa.
The property is not far from Sorrento, Pompeii and Amalfi that can be easily reached for a day trip either by public transportation or by your own car and on top of this it is worth booking a private boat to explore the coast by sea or to visit Capri.

Rental rules
A 30% non refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking; the balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 1 week; arrival/departure day: Saturday
Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: by 10:00.
A refundable damage deposit of € 1.000 has to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charges in case of damage.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
